S.L. Mason Kindergarten Visits SGMC

Kindergarten students from S.L. Mason recently went on a field trip to South Georgia Medical Center.  Employees of the hospital took the students on a guided tour of the facility.  The children visited the nursery, saw inside an ambulance, and learned about the food services department.  The field trip supported the standards being taught in the classroom that include learning about goods and services in social studies and procedural writing in writer's workshop. 

The kindergarten students and teachers thank the S.L. Mason PTO for their financial support.  Without their help, the field trip would not have been possible.
